I’m Camila — a Service Designer, UX Researcher, and Innovation Strategist who designs with curiosity, empathy, and the belief that every challenge is an opportunity to connect people and ideas.
With a background in industrial and UX/UI design and a Master’s in Service Design, I’ve worked across healthtech, social innovation, sports tech, and event strategy. My projects range from award-winning women’s health services to scaling global innovation events and redesigning service experiences for brands and communities.
Research is at the core of how I work. I uncover real needs, map systems, and co-create with stakeholders to deliver solutions that are not only functional but meaningful. I’ve led international partnerships, designed digital adoption strategies, and created brand identities for large-scale events — always blending strategy with storytelling.
I thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments, whether shaping a new customer journey, launching a product, or building partnerships across cultures. For me, great design is about impact, connection, and making ideas real.
